The Industrial and Engineering segment provides intercity railway lines, bridge bearings, and wind power couplings; the Rail Transit Construction segment provides rail transit components and related products and services; the Wind Power Products segment produces and sells wind turbine blades and provides after-sales service for related products; and the Automotive Products segment provides automotive vibration damping and noise reduction products and services. Formerly known as Zhuzhou Times Rubber & Plastics CO., LTD., the company changed its name to Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd. in November 2001, was founded in 1994, and is headquartered in Zhuzhou, China.

Times New Materials Signs Wind Turbine Blade Sales Contracts Worth Over 3 Billion Yuan

Times New Materials announced that between April 1 and June 30, 2026, it signed blade sales contracts with major wind turbine manufacturers, with a total contract value of approximately 3.034 billion yuan including tax. The contracts are divided into domestic and overseas portions. The domestic offshore and onshore wind project contracts are valued at 239 million yuan and 2.471 billion yuan respectively, with blade models of 16 megawatts and 6 to 10 megawatts. The overseas onshore wind project contract is valued at 324 million yuan, with blade models of 4 to 6 megawatts. The contracts have completed internal approval procedures and do not require submission to the board of directors or shareholders' meeting for review. Since the beginning of this year, the company's share price has risen by over 23 percent cumulatively and currently stands at 16.45 yuan per share.
