Jinxi Axle: Controlling Shareholder's Concerted Party Completes First Increase and Launches 24 Million to 48 Million Yuan Increase Plan

Jinxi Axle announced that China North Industries Investment Management, a concerted party of controlling shareholder Jinxi Industrial Group, increased its holdings in the company for the first time on July 8 through centralized bidding, acquiring 515,700 shares, representing 0.0427% of total share capital, for a transaction amount of 1.7966 million yuan. Meanwhile, China North Industries Investment Management plans to continue increasing its holdings of the company's A-shares through centralized bidding over the 12 months starting July 8, with a planned increase amount of no less than 24 million yuan and no more than 48 million yuan. This increase plan does not set a price range and will be implemented gradually based on stock price fluctuations and market trends. Before the increase, China North Industries Investment Management and its concerted parties held approximately 386 million shares in total, accounting for 31.94% of total share capital, while China North Industries Investment Management held no shares. After the increase, its shareholding ratio rose to 0.0427%. The company stated that this increase plan will not cause the shareholding distribution to fail to meet listing conditions, will not lead to a change in actual controller, and will not affect the corporate governance structure or ongoing operations.
