Tengda Construction disclosed its semi-annual report for 2026 on August 29. In the first half of the year, it achieved total operating revenue of 1.542 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.20%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 85.2634 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 21.12%; and non-GAAP net profit was 85.5096 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 20.58%. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 673 million yuan, compared with negative 335 million yuan in the same period last year. Basic earnings per share were 0.05 yuan, and the weighted average return on net assets was 1.38%. As of the end of the first half of 2026, the company's inventory book value was 2.488 billion yuan, accounting for 40.3% of net assets, an increase of 197 million yuan from the end of the previous year.
