Lionhead Technology's Acquisition of 97.44% Stake in Lipper Technology Approved by Shanghai Stock Exchange

The Shanghai Stock Exchange's Merger, Acquisition and Reorganization Review Committee held its 13th review meeting of 2026 on July 24 to examine the company's application for this transaction. The review concluded that the transaction meets the conditions for reorganization and information disclosure requirements.
