Cultural Investment Holdings expects attributable net loss of 15 million to 20 million yuan in first half of 2026

Cultural Investment Holdings disclosed a performance forecast, expecting an attributable net loss of 15 million to 20 million yuan in the first half of 2026, compared with a profit of 4.5277 million yuan in the same period last year. The net loss after deducting non-recurring items is expected to be 40 million to 50 million yuan, compared with a loss of 722,100 yuan a year earlier. The company said the change in performance was mainly due to a sharp decline in nationwide box office revenue, along with increased investment in new game development and the fact that comic drama projects have not yet achieved large-scale commercialization. Although the company focused on its main business and advanced the disposal of inefficient assets and debt settlements, which led to an increase in non-recurring gains, it still recorded an overall loss.
