Lansheng Corporation's first-half net profit falls 69.48% year on year; plans dividend of 0.2 yuan per 10 shares

Lansheng Corporation disclosed its semi-annual report on August 26. In the first half of 2026, it achieved operating revenue of 536 million yuan, down 3.11% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 17.3759 million yuan, down 69.48% year on year. Basic earnings per share were 0.02 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.2 yuan per 10 shares, tax included. During the reporting period, operating revenue declined slightly, mainly affected by factors such as the reduced scale of certain exhibitions and a decrease in exhibition hall business. New business such as the WorldSkills Competition test event provided some support to revenue. The decline in profit was larger than the decline in revenue, mainly because gross profit from certain exhibitions and venue business in exhibition organization decreased, and losses from changes in the fair value of financial assets widened year on year.
