Wanli Shares Expects First-Half 2026 Loss of 31 Million to 37 Million Yuan

Wanli Shares disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting a net loss attributable to the parent company of 31 million to 37 million yuan for the first half of 2026, compared with a loss of 18.5026 million yuan in the same period last year. The net loss after deducting non-recurring items is also expected to be 31 million to 37 million yuan, versus a loss of 18.5164 million yuan a year earlier. The company said the widening loss was mainly due to a year-on-year decline in operating revenue, along with a significant increase in research and development spending on new energy businesses and higher selling expenses. Based on the latest closing price, the company's price-to-book ratio is about 3.8 times, and its price-to-sales ratio is about 3.76 times.
