Huading Shares: First-Half Net Profit Attributable to Parent Expected to Fall 63% to 75% Year-on-Year

Huading Shares announced that it expects net profit attributable to the parent in the first half of 2026 to be between 38 million yuan and 56 million yuan, a year-on-year decline of 63% to 75%. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items is expected to be between 32 million yuan and 48 million yuan, a year-on-year drop of 67% to 78%. The performance fluctuation is mainly due to cyclical fluctuations in the nylon industry combined with intensified market competition. The average selling price of the company's nylon yarn series products fell year-on-year, while the purchase cost of major raw materials rose. These dual factors squeezed the profit margin of the nylon segment, leading to a year-on-year decrease in total gross profit for that business. In the first quarter of 2026, the company achieved revenue of 1.139 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 8.71 million yuan.
