Well Lead Medical has released its half-year report. In the first half, it achieved operating revenue of 769 million yuan, up 3.18 percent year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 102 million yuan, down 15.76 percent year on year, with basic earnings per share of 0.35 yuan. The company said that due to the implementation of the sixth batch of national centralized procurement of medical consumables, prices of domestic urology products fell significantly, which had a certain impact on the overall gross margin. At the same time, foreign exchange fluctuations led to increased exchange losses, and the financial expense ratio rose somewhat.
