Huazhijie Plans Share Issuance and Cash to Acquire 100% Equity of Geliming Electronics, Stock Trading Halted

Just one year after its listing, Huazhijie is again planning a financing scheme. On the evening of September 14, Huazhijie announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Suzhou Geliming Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and payment of cash. Its stock has been suspended from the market open on September 15, with the suspension expected to last no more than 10 trading days. The announcement came less than 30 minutes before the market close that day, and Huazhijie's share price sealed the daily limit up. Huazhijie is an enterprise integrating the research and development, production, and sales of key functional components such as intelligent switches, intelligent controllers, brushless motors, and precision structural parts. It officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 2025. In the first half of this year, affected by exchange rate fluctuations and rising material costs, its net profit attributable to the parent company plunged 46.78% to 44 million yuan. Geliming Electronics was founded in 2020, focusing on precision tooling and core components in the semiconductor testing field, specializing in a full range of products such as integrated circuit test probes. Qichacha data shows it currently holds 11 authorized patents, but the latest authorization date of the relevant patents remains March 8, 2024.

On the evening of September 14, multiple listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges issued important announcements. TCL Smart Home's second-phase project at its Thailand production base, with an annual capacity of 1.4 million refrigerators, has been completed and entered trial production. Lianke Technology plans to invest about 1 billion yuan to build a silica-carbon black circular economy integrated project in the Suez Canal Economic Zone in Egypt. In addition, Xingyun Technology disclosed that as of September 8, 2026, its five-year long-term computing power framework orders on hand reached 16.004 billion yuan. Huazhijie is planning to acquire 100% equity in Suzhou Geli Ming Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and its shares will be suspended from trading starting September 15.

Zhaoyang Technology's net profit dropped 85.87% year-on-year, and operating revenue declined 8.03%. Both companies experienced a decline in performance.
