Shengquan Group released its 2026 interim report, with net profit attributable to the parent company of 447 million yuan, down 10.68% from the same period last year. Total operating revenue was 6.085 billion yuan, up 13.73% year on year, marking three consecutive years of growth. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 975 million yuan, a decrease of 692 million yuan compared with the same period last year. The company's latest asset-liability ratio was 41.30%, up 4.98 percentage points from the previous quarter and up 5.65 percentage points from the same period last year. Shengquan Group's Advanced Electronic Materials Near Full Production and Sales

Shengquan Group stated on an interactive platform that its advanced electronic materials, including high-end electronic-grade PPO, specialty epoxy, and encapsulation resins, are essentially at full production and full sales. Existing capacity is nearly fully utilized, and the company has established long-term stable cooperation with leading CCL and packaging and testing manufacturers. The company has planned a 2,000-ton-per-year PPO/OPE resin co-production line project, a 1,000-ton-per-year high-end hydrocarbon resin expansion project, and an annual output of 11,000 tons of chip-encapsulation electronic-grade specialty epoxy resin expansion project. In addition, porous carbon for silicon-carbon anodes has been mass-produced at scale, with products entering leading consumer electronics battery cell companies, while power battery customers are simultaneously advancing verification. A thousand-ton-level silicon-carbon production line will be put into operation within the year. For hard carbon anodes, a ten-thousand-ton-level mass production line has been built, and both biomass-based and resin-based products have passed certification by leading battery cell companies and are being supplied in batches to the energy storage and two-wheeler sodium-ion battery markets.
