The company offers semiconductor automation equipment such as IC testers, sorters, handlers, bonders, WLCSP sorters, and visual inspection equipment, along with LED bonders, RFID dry inlay bonders, and mini LED bonders. It also provides semiconductor back-end OEM services including wafer testing, grinding, sawing, IC pick and place, final testing, test program coding, engineering support, and drop shipping; LED midstream and downstream OEM services; and RFID electronic tag OEM services. Additionally, it engages in wholesale and retail of hardware, electrical appliances, machinery, computers, office equipment, telecommunications equipment, information software, and electronic materials; integrated circuit design; chip testing, packaging, and processing; technology development; technical services and consultation; computer software design and development; and agency import and export business.
