Tesec Corporation

TESEC Corporation designs, develops, manufactures, and sells semiconductor test equipment in Japan and internationally. Its products include prober-integrated, power device, IPD/IPM, and dynamic test systems, as well as thermal resistance and inductive load testers. The company also offers handlers such as micro electromechanical systems, film frame test, gravity, MEMS, and TAB handlers, along with die sorters. In addition, it provides after-sales services including tester calibration, overhaul, training, spare parts, warranty, maintenance, and resale services. Formerly known as TES Corporation, it changed its name to TESEC Corporation in 1980. The company was incorporated in 1969 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
