Its offerings include offset printing presses such as the LITHRONE, ENTHRONE, SPICA, and system series; digital printing systems including the Impremia series; the KP-Connect series; the H-UV series; CMS based on offset printing systems; print quality control systems comprising the KHS-AI, PDC, PQA, PCC, and KID series; currency printing presses; CHAMBON series packaging printing presses; and PEPIO series gravure offset printing machines. It also provides post press machines, including folding machines, cutter and cutting systems, pile turners, and blanking systems. Founded in 1923, the company is headquartered in Sumida, Japan.

Komori Corporation announces fourth consecutive year of dividend increases, plans 100 yen per share for fiscal year ending March 2027, up 30 yen from the previous year

Komori Corporation has revised its dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027, announcing an increase from both the previous year and its earlier forecast. The annual dividend will be 100 yen per share, up 25 yen from the previous forecast of 75 yen, and up 30 yen from the prior year's 70 yen. This lifts the dividend yield from 4.48 percent to 5.97 percent, marking the fourth consecutive year of dividend growth. Under its seventh medium-term management plan, the company targets a total payout ratio of 50 percent and a minimum annual dividend of 40 yen, and decided on this increase against a backdrop of stronger net assets. Following the announcement, the stock rose as high as 1,870 yen in after-hours trading, a gain of 11.77 percent from the closing price.
