The Logistics Solutions segment develops, designs, builds, and executes material handling systems for sorting, picking, and conveying, and offers maintenance services. The Business Innovation segment develops and proposes solutions to promote safety and reduce labor across industries. The company also engages in building construction, manufacture and sale of industrial facilities and equipment, real estate rental, leasing, and inspection, measurement, and analysis of asbestos. Formerly Toyo Kanetsu Kogyo K.K., it changed its name to Toyo Kanetsu K.K. in 1969. Incorporated in 1941, it is headquartered in Koto, Japan.
