Aladdin Announces Teng Jing Officially Assumes Board Secretary Duties

Aladdin announced that Ms. Teng Jing has obtained the training certificate for board secretary appointment on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market and passed the qualification review. She officially assumed the role of company board secretary starting July 23, 2026, and Chairman Mr. Xu Jiuzhen will no longer act in this capacity. Ms. Teng Jing previously served as investment manager at the Investment Development Department of Shanghai Fosun High Technology, and as senior manager and executive director at the Investment Banking Department of Western Securities.
