Titan Micro Electronics released its 2026 half-year performance flash report. Second-quarter single-quarter revenue was 669 million yuan, up 24.86 percent quarter-on-quarter and up 2.37 percent year-on-year. Net profit attributable to the parent company was 91.9815 million yuan, up 99.79 percent quarter-on-quarter and up 12.44 percent year-on-year. Gross margin was 25.09 percent, up 1.33 percentage points quarter-on-quarter and up 0.73 percentage points year-on-year. The company said structural recovery in downstream demand, release of industrial control orders, and a rebound in product prices were the main drivers. However, first-quarter revenue of 536 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 46.0387 million yuan fell 3.28 percent and 34.76 percent year-on-year respectively, dragging down overall first-half performance. In addition, the second-largest shareholder, Ningbo Qunzhi Optoelectronics, which holds a 7.48 percent stake, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 10.1733 million shares, representing no more than 2.49 percent of total share capital.
