Hui Xian Real Estate Investment Trust

Hui Xian Real Estate Investment Trust (Hui Xian REIT) is a Hong Kong collective investment scheme authorized under section 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571). Its units have been listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 29 April 2011. The REIT is governed by a trust deed dated 1 April 2011, as amended by five supplemental deeds, and by the REIT Code issued by the Securities and Futures Commission. Its principal activities are to own and invest in high-quality commercial properties to provide stable and sustainable distributions to unitholders and achieve long-term growth in net asset value per unit. The condensed consolidated financial statements are presented in Renminbi, which is also the functional currency.
