ORIX JREIT Inc.

ORIX JREIT Inc. is a Japanese real estate investment corporation established on September 10, 2001 under Japan's Investment Trust Law, with 200 million yen in capital contributed by ORIX Corporation. It was formed to invest primarily in real estate in Japan. On June 12, 2002, it was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's JREIT section as the fourth listed JREIT. It is the first diversified listed JREIT, investing in offices, logistics facilities, retail facilities, residential properties, hotels and other property categories.
