Japan Prime Realty Investment Corporation (JPR) was established on September 14, 2001, under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, as amended). It was listed on the Real Estate Investment Trust Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. on June 14, 2002, with 289,600 outstanding investment units. Following public offerings and other capital raising measures, the number of investment units issued and outstanding totaled 4,048,256 as of the end of the 48th fiscal period (December 31, 2025). JPR has assigned asset management of its portfolio to Tokyo Tatemono Realty Investment Management, Inc., through which it aims to maximize unitholder value by efficiently managing a portfolio primarily comprising office and retail properties.
