Greentown Management Holdings announced that, due to work arrangements, Geng Zhongqiang has resigned as non-executive director, board chairman, and other positions in the company. At the same time, Zhao Hui has been appointed as non-executive director, board chairman, and a member of the board nomination committee and remuneration committee, all effective from July 31, 2026. Zhao Hui previously served as a member of the standing committee of the party committee and deputy director of the Third Navigation Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, general manager and party working committee secretary of the East China regional headquarters of China Communications Construction, and chairman and party secretary of CCCC Real Estate Group, concurrently serving as chairman of CCCC Overseas Real Estate.
