Aclarion, Inc. is a U.S. healthcare technology company that uses magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) with proprietary signal-processing biomarkers to optimize clinical treatments. It develops NOCISCAN, which non-invasively analyzes the chemical makeup of intervertebral discs, and offers the NOCISCAN MRS Exam Protocol, a software protocol for using commercially available MRS pulse sequences in disc scanning that extends the time of a standard lumbar MRI exam. The company also provides imaging data transfer products, including the AMBRA Healthcare data transfer platform, and the NOCISCAN Post-Processor Suite, which includes NOCICALC, a Class I medical device that post-processes raw NOCISCAN MRS exam data into final spectra and calculates degenerative pain biomarkers for each disc examined, and NOCIGRAM, which processes NOCICALC results into individual NOCISCORES on a 0-10 scale representing relative levels of degenerative pain biomarkers. Aclarion's Nociscan Now Available at Goodman Campbell Brain & Spine, First Indiana Site

Aclarion announced its Nociscan platform is now available at Goodman Campbell Brain & Spine at Ascension St. Vincent, marking the first site in Indiana to offer the technology. The addition extends Aclarion's provider network into a new state and aligns the company with a nationally recognized center for neurosurgery training and clinical research. Nociscan uses Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy to extract and quantify chemical biomarkers associated with disc pain, providing objective, non-invasive insights that help physicians distinguish between painful and nonpainful discs in the lumbar spine. The platform demonstrates a 97% surgical success rate when all Nociscan-positive discs are treated. CEO Brent Ness stated that Goodman Campbell's reputation for clinical excellence and its role in training the next generation of neurosurgeons make them an important addition to the Nociscan network, reflecting growing momentum behind adoption of the technology.
