Winamp Group Updates on NVIDIA and Suno Legal Proceedings

Winamp Group SA, listed on Euronext Growth Brussels and Paris under the ticker ALWIN, has provided an update on the U.S. legal actions initiated by its subsidiary Jamendo SA against NVIDIA Corporation and Suno, Inc. over alleged unauthorized use of musical content and data in AI development. Jamendo has amended and formally served its complaint against NVIDIA, with the first hearing scheduled for January 12, 2027, while it has withdrawn its current complaint against Suno to refile a more comprehensive one shortly. Beyond these two cases, Jamendo has identified six additional technology and AI companies that may have used its content or data, and it is seeking commercial resolutions, including compensation and licensing agreements, before considering further legal enforcement. CEO Alexandre Saboundjian emphasized the company's priority on commercial solutions and its intent to play an active role in the emerging market for licensed music and data in AI.
