Sogeclair SA provides engineering and production services for aeronautics, space, and civil and military transport in France. It operates through three divisions: Aerospace, Vehicle, and Simulation. Its activities include engineering services in aerostructures, cabins, systems, and manufacturing engineering and tooling; design and manufacture of complex structural thermoplastic products, additive manufacturing, cockpit equipment, and cabin furniture and mechanisms; design and production of special civilian and military vehicles, terrestrial drones, multi-mission platforms, and vehicle adaptation; and design and supply of turnkey simulators and development of software simulation platforms. Sogeclair SA was incorporated in 1986 and is headquartered in Blagnac, France.

Sogeclair Reports H1 2026 Results with EBITDA Up 21.4%

Sogeclair signs agreement with Akkodis to divest engineering activities dedicated to Airbus

Sogeclair reports H1 2026 turnover of €78.1 million, down 3.1%

Sogeclair reported consolidated turnover of €78.1 million for the first half of 2026, a decline of 3.1% from the same period last year, while at constant exchange rates turnover was €80.2 million, down just 0.5%. Currency fluctuations, mainly between the euro and the US dollar and between the Canadian dollar and the US dollar, had a negative impact of €2.12 million, compared with a positive effect of €0.15 million in H1 2025. By sector, Commercial Aviation, which accounted for 37.4% of turnover, rose 1.2%, while Business Aviation, at 32.9% of turnover, fell 6.5% due to postponed developments and the F10X entering certification. The Defence market declined 9.2% against a strong prior-year comparison, Automotive dropped 3.9% amid sector crisis, and Rail contracted 2.3% on delayed public-sector orders. Geographically, France, representing 67.4% of turnover, fell 4.5%, while Europe excluding France grew 3.3% and America edged up 1.1%. The Engineering business unit saw a 3.2% decline, or 1.7% at constant exchange rates, while the Solutions business unit was stable at constant exchange rates, up 0.8%, but reported a 3.1% drop including currency effects. The company expects a pickup in order intake in the second half, particularly in Solutions, and is continuing its digital transformation and CSR efforts.
