Its Fintech products include ALT 5 Prime, an electronic over-the-counter trading platform for digital assets, and ALT 5 Pay, a cryptocurrency payment gateway for merchants. The Biotechnology segment focuses on developing non-opioid, non-addictive therapies for pain and addiction, including JAN 101 for peripheral arterial disease and JAN123 for chronic regional pain syndrome. Formerly known as JanOne Inc., the company changed its name to ALT5 Sigma Corporation in July 2024 and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
