WINFARM, the leading French player in agricultural consulting and distance-selling, reported first-half 2026 revenue of €76.3 million, up 2.4% year-on-year, with second-quarter growth accelerating to 4.1% on a strong rebound in its Farming Production division. The Farming Supplies segment, which accounts for 87% of total revenue, grew 1.5% to €66.1 million, driven by gains at VITAL CONCEPT and EQUIDEOS brands, while Farming Production, representing 12% of revenue, rose 8.8% to €9.0 million, boosted by international expansion in Asia, where sales jumped 55%. The company expects improved operating profitability and continued deleveraging for full-year 2026, with operating profit near breakeven in the first half.

WINFARM a annoncé la mise en place d'une ligne de crédit renouvelable de 5 millions d'euros au bénéfice de sa filiale VITAL CONCEPT, conclue avec son syndicat bancaire. L'accord, signé le 9 juillet 2026, porte sur une RCF de 5 millions d'euros d'une durée de trois ans, assortie de deux options d'extension d'un an, afin de fournir une réserve de liquidité mobilisable selon les besoins de la filiale. Le syndicat bancaire réunit le Crédit Agricole et le Crédit Lyonnais en tant que co-arrangeurs, accompagnés de Banque Populaire, BNP Paribas et Crédit Mutuel Arkea, ce dernier rejoignant le pool à cette occasion. Ce financement vise à soutenir la croissance de VITAL CONCEPT, acteur de l'agro-fourniture, et à renforcer sa structure financière.
