Its portfolio consists of 216 hotels with approximately 29,500 guest rooms across 83 markets in 37 states and the District of Columbia. The portfolio is concentrated in industry-leading brands: 114 Hilton-branded hotels, 96 Marriott-branded hotels, five Hyatt-branded hotels and one independent hotel. The company was established on 8 November 2007 and was incorporated in Virginia.
