Ascom Holding AG

Ascom reported a higher order intake and improved profitability in the first half of 2026. Order intake rose to 174.5 million Swiss francs, an increase of 11.4 percent at current exchange rates, while net revenue was stable at 139.8 million francs. EBITDA climbed to 13.5 million francs, lifting the EBITDA margin to 9.7 percent, and the group profit more than doubled to 5.4 million francs. The company confirmed its full-year guidance of low- to mid-single-digit revenue growth at constant currencies and an EBITDA margin of 10 to 12 percent.

Ascom Holding AG has successfully completed its share buyback program launched on May 30, 2025. Through a second trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange, the company repurchased a total of 3,000,000 registered shares, representing 8.3% of all outstanding shares, for an aggregate value of CHF 13.4 million. The shares were bought back for the purpose of a subsequent capital reduction, with the Board of Directors intending to cancel the acquired shares and reduce the capital within the capital band according to Article 3b of Ascom Holding AG's articles of association.
