Bel Fuse Shares Fall 7.5% After Completing $441.6 Million Equity Offering

Bel Fuse shares fell 7.5% in the afternoon session after the electronic system and device provider completed a $441.6 million equity offering. The decline was driven largely by market reaction to the dilutive impact of the newly issued shares, with selling pressure compounded by a technical trend breakdown and reports of insider share sales by company directors. The stock is up 26.6% since the beginning of the year, but at $193.59 per share it remains 33.5% below its 52-week high of $291.23 from June 2026. Bel Fuse shares are extremely volatile, having posted 37 moves greater than 5% over the last year, and today's move indicates the market considers the news meaningful but not something that would fundamentally change its perception of the business.

Amphenol's Communications Segment Surges 85% on AI Demand

Amphenol's Communications Solutions segment surged 85% year over year in the second quarter of 2026, driven by AI-related IT datacom demand and acquisitions, with the segment now representing roughly 62% of total revenues. IT datacom, which accounted for 43% of quarterly sales, grew 89% year over year and 63% organically, with sequential growth of 22% almost entirely from AI products.
