Nacon has taken note of a press release from its majority shareholder Bigben Interactive, which holds 56.72% of Nacon's share capital and 69.54% of its voting rights, announcing an agreement in principle with main financial creditors to restructure its debt and the filing of an accelerated safeguard proceeding before the Lille Métropole Commercial Court. Bigben Interactive stated that part of the new money contributed by certain creditors would be reinvested into Nacon's share capital, conditional on the court adopting a reorganization plan for Nacon that restructures its debt according to specific parameters. Nacon, which has been in judicial reorganization proceedings since March 2, 2026, confirmed that discussions are ongoing with stakeholders and that a significant portion of its financial creditors has expressed support for a plan aligned with Bigben's restructuring parameters. The company warned that the planned transactions, if included in its reorganization plan, would result in significant dilution for existing shareholders and that capital increases would be carried out at issue prices significantly lower than the current market price of Nacon shares on Euronext Paris.
