BODi projects Q3 2026 revenue of $44M-$48M as nutrition-led shift expands Amazon and retail

The Beachbody Company guided third-quarter 2026 revenue to a range of $44 million to $48 million while reporting second-quarter results that beat expectations. Total revenue for the second quarter was $49.6 million, with net income of $1.4 million and adjusted EBITDA of $6.7 million, marking the company's fourth consecutive quarter of both operating and net income. The company ended the quarter with $32.4 million in cash against total debt of approximately $23.6 million, resulting in a net cash position of $8.8 million, and amended its Tiger Finance agreement to create a less restrictive covenant package. Management highlighted expanded retail distribution, with Shakeology now in 131 Sprouts Farmers Market stores and 481 Vitamin Shoppe locations, while P90X supplements became available on Amazon and a Southern California test market for a new energy drink lineup is expected to begin late in the third quarter or into the fourth quarter. Interim CFO Brad Ramberg noted that third-quarter guidance represents the first quarter since winding down the legacy MLM model that allows a year-over-year comparison of the new business model, and the company continues to expect a shift toward a larger percentage of revenue coming from nutrition by the end of 2026.
