Bombardier Defense has signed a 10-year Services Support Agreement with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration on behalf of the Swedish Armed Forces. The agreement covers two newly delivered Bombardier Global 6500 aircraft that will perform multi-role missions including head of state transport. Through the deal, the Swedish Armed Forces will enroll in Bombardier's Smart Services Defense program, a cost-per-flight-hour solution providing predictable operating costs, parts purchasing, technical publications, engineering support, and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Executives from both organizations announced the agreement at the Farnborough International Airshow.

Bombardier has redeemed all outstanding C$150 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.35% Debentures due 2026. The redemption was previously announced on April 30, 2026. Chief Financial Officer Bart Demosky stated that since 2020, the company has lowered long-term debt by approximately $6.1 billion, reducing annualized interest payments by more than $460 million. With this redemption, Bombardier has reduced debt by over $1.1 billion this year and has no maturities until November 2030.

Bombardier and Rolls-Royce have introduced an enhanced aircraft health monitoring program for Global 5500 and 6500 aircraft, combining Bombardier's Smart Link Plus system with Rolls-Royce's new engine vibration and health monitoring unit. The upgrade, now available for installation at Bombardier Service Centres worldwide, allows flight and maintenance crews to proactively troubleshoot in-flight alerts and access approximately 10,000 engine performance parameters on the Pearl 15 engine. Approximately 450 Bombardier aircraft already use Smart Link Plus, which has a 99% renewal rate, and the new EVHMU is factory-installed on all in-production Global 5500 and 6500 aircraft. Bombardier's Vice President of Customer Support Anthony Cox called the offering a first in business aviation, while Rolls-Royce's SVP Services for Business Aviation Andy Robinson highlighted its role in delivering best-in-class engine availability through advanced data analytics.

Skyservice Business Aviation announced that its Vancouver facility has been designated as a Bombardier Authorized Service Facility, expanding Bombardier's service footprint across Canada. Located at Vancouver International Airport, the site joins Skyservice's existing ASF locations in Toronto and Montréal to provide coast-to-coast maintenance, repair, and overhaul support for Bombardier Global and Challenger aircraft. The expansion increases access to certified technicians and rapid-response maintenance in a key trans-Pacific gateway, improving aircraft availability for operators on the West Coast. Skyservice President and CEO Benjamin Murray called the designation an important milestone that strengthens responsiveness and consistency for Bombardier customers, while Bombardier Vice-president of Customer Support Anthony Cox said it enhances service coverage in a key region.

Bombardier has delivered the first Global 8000 aircraft in Asia to an undisclosed customer based in Shanghai, marking a milestone for ultra-long-range business aviation in the region. The Global 8000 offers a top speed of Mach 0.95, a range of 8,000 nautical miles, and the industry's lowest cabin altitude for an in-production aircraft at 2,691 feet. It enables nonstop city pairs such as Shanghai to New York, Shanghai to Dublin, and Shanghai to Sydney, and can access 30% more airports than its closest rival. Bombardier also recently announced an expansion of its Singapore Service Centre with a new 250,000-square-foot facility to strengthen its Asia-Pacific support network.
