BVG announces interim dividend of 0.03 baht per share
The board of Blue Venture Group Public Company Limited, or BVG, approved an interim dividend from the first six months of 2026 operating results in cash at 0.03 baht per share, totaling 13.5 million baht, equivalent to 60% of net profit after tax, which is higher than the dividend policy of 40% of net profit. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is 26 August 2026, and the dividend payment date is 8 September 2026. For second-quarter 2026 results, the company posted net profit of 9.4 million baht and service revenue of 126.9 million baht, down about 16% from the same period last year, in line with lower revenue from actuarial services. Meanwhile, the healthcare benefits and claims management business saw lower claims and shifted revenue recognition for new work to the third quarter of 2026 due to documentation procedures. However, the platform and application services business for auto insurance-related management maintained growth at a level close to the same period last year.
