It was incorporated in 1939 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.

ICN wins two PEA communication system contracts worth 103 million baht

Information and Communication Networks Public Company Limited, or ICN, disclosed through the Stock Exchange of Thailand that it has signed two contracts with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) with a total contract value of 102.88 million baht including value-added tax. The first contract is for the procurement and installation of an integrated radio communication system in the central region, signed on August 26, 2026, under the IL Consortium joint venture between ICN and Loxley Public Company Limited, or LOXLEY. This project has a total value of 147.35 million baht, with ICN holding a 50.72% work share, equivalent to 74.74 million baht, and is scheduled for completion within 240 days. The second contract is for the purchase and installation of communication equipment for the Teleprotection system to replace equipment in use for over 10 years in PEA Area 3, central region, signed on August 7, 2026, with a value of 28.14 million baht and a completion period of 300 days.
