Cemtrex, Inc. is a technology company operating in the United States and internationally through its Security and Industrial Services segments. The Security segment provides browser-based video monitoring, analytics-based recognition systems, cameras, servers, and access control systems for industrial and commercial facilities, government offices, prisons, hospitals, universities, and schools, as well as critical security and video surveillance solutions using artificial intelligence-based data algorithms. The Industrial Services segment offers rigging, millwrighting, in-plant maintenance, equipment erection, relocation, and disassembly; installs high-precision equipment for automotive, printing and graphics, industrial automation, packaging, and chemical markets; and provides maintenance and contracting solutions for machinery, packaging, printing, chemical, and other manufacturing markets. The company serves smart technologies, virtual and augmented realities, industrial solutions, and intelligent security systems sectors. Formerly known as Diversified American Holding, Inc., it changed its name to Cemtrex, Inc. in December 2004. Incorporated in 1998, it is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York.

Cemtrex reports Q3 revenue up 8.2% to $18.4M

Cemtrex reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $18.4 million, up 8.2% year-over-year. Operating EBITDA improved to a loss of $0.6 million, from a loss of $1.7 million in Q2 and a loss of $2.5 million in Q1. The Security segment operating loss narrowed to $0.3 million, from $1.4 million in Q2 and $3.0 million in Q1, with gross margin improving to 49% from 44% in Q2 and 39% in Q1. The Aerospace & Defense segment generated $2.2 million of revenue, up 79% sequentially, and $1.0 million of segment operating income in its second quarter of consolidation. Operating cash flow was positive $0.2 million during Q3, compared to $5.1 million of cash used in operations during the first half of the fiscal year.
