CEVA, Inc. supplies silicon and software intellectual property (IP) solutions to semiconductor and original equipment manufacturer companies across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and other international markets. Its product portfolio includes PentaG-RAN for 5G and 5G-A base station baseband processing, Ceva XC20 DSPs and the PentaG2 platform for 5G/5G Advanced mobile broadband, RedCap, and IoT devices, as well as the Ceva-BX2 baseband processor and Ceva-XC21 and Ceva-XC23 vector DSP cores for 5G and 5G-advanced applications. The company also offers the Ceva-Waves Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, ultra-wideband, Links, and DragonFly platforms for connectivity and NB-IoT modem SoCs, along with Ceva-SensPro DSP cores, Ceva-BX1 audio digital signal controller IP, Ceva-ClearVox ENC noise cancellation software, Ceva-RealSpace spatial audio and head tracking software, and Ceva-MotionEngine sensor fusion software. Additionally, it provides Ceva-NeuPro-M and Ceva-NeuPro-Nano neural processing unit (NPU) IP for generative and embedded AI, and Ceva-NeuPro Studio, a software development environment for AI models on Ceva-NeuPro NPUs. Formerly known as ParthusCeva, Inc., the company changed its name to CEVA, Inc. in December 2003. It was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland.

CEVA Raises Full-Year Revenue Outlook After Strong Q2

CEVA reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $29 million, up 13% year over year, and raised its full-year revenue growth guidance to between 13% and 15%. Licensing and related revenue grew 21% to $18.2 million, its highest level in three years, while royalty revenue rose 17% sequentially to $10.8 million. The company signed 10 licensing agreements, including a strategically significant AI deal with a leading global AI and computing platform company for its NeuPro-M NPU IP. Non-GAAP operating income increased to $3.1 million from $0.8 million a year earlier, and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share rose to $0.08 from $0.07. CEVA now expects non-GAAP operating income to increase approximately 70% year over year and non-GAAP net income to increase approximately 50%.
