Comstock Shares Surge 47% in a Year, Outpacing Industry

Comstock Holding Companies shares have climbed 47.1% over the past year, far exceeding the industry's 5.2% growth and outperforming peers LGI Homes and Persimmon. The company benefits from an asset-light, debt-free model generating recurring fee income, with first-quarter 2026 assets under management up 32% year over year and revenues up 38%. Commercial and residential occupancy remained strong at 93% and 94%, respectively, while the JW Marriott Residences at Reston Station generated more than $12 million in sales in the first quarter and nearly $90 million since launch. Comstock is also expanding into AI infrastructure through an Oklahoma data center joint venture with Jericho Energy Ventures.
