WISeKey International Holding and its subsidiary WISeSat.Space Corp. announced the filing of a registration statement on Form F-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 29, 2026 by WISeSat.Space Holdings Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of WISeSat. The filing relates to the proposed business combination with special purpose acquisition company Columbus Acquisition Corp under a definitive agreement dated November 9, 2025. Upon completion, WISeSat and Columbus Acquisition will become subsidiaries of Pubco, and the combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol SAIQ.
