Pop Culture Group Co., Ltd will effect a 10-for-1 share consolidation of its Class A, Class B, and Class C ordinary shares, effective July 13, 2026. The company's Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on a post-consolidation basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol CPOP with a new CUSIP number G71700127 at the market open that day.
