T3 Defense announces 1-for-125 reverse stock split effective July 20

T3 Defense Inc. announced a 1-for-125 reverse stock split of its common stock, effective at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026. The board of directors approved the split to increase the per-share trading price and satisfy the Nasdaq Capital Market's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing. The ratio was raised from a previously disclosed 1-for-50, and the stock will continue trading under the symbol DFNS on a split-adjusted basis. The reverse split will reduce outstanding shares from approximately 139.8 million to about 1 million, with no change to authorized shares or par value, and fractional shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.
