EpicQuest Education reports 17% revenue growth for first half of fiscal 2026

EpicQuest Education announced a 16.8% increase in revenue to $6.27 million for the first half of fiscal 2026, driven by expansion of international foundational and collaborative programs. Gross profit rose 6.3% to $3.63 million, while operating expenses increased 13% to $6.08 million, resulting in an operating loss of $2.45 million. Net loss widened to $3.16 million, or $1.92 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.16 million, or $0.28 per share, in the prior-year period, partly due to a $0.6 million expense from reduced soccer match revenue and the absence of a $1.9 million gain on asset sales. Cash and cash equivalents fell to $0.31 million as of March 31, 2026, and the company raised $0.6 million in a subsequent private placement. EpicQuest also outlined new initiatives including AI-powered tutoring, high school pathway programs, and plans for Davis University branch campuses.
