eHealth Q2 2026 revenue drops 45% to $33.6 million amid strategic shift

eHealth, Inc. reported second quarter 2026 total revenue of $33.6 million, a 45% decline driven by lower Medicare enrollment volume and reduced sponsorship revenue. GAAP net loss widened to $23.6 million from $17.4 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $21.8 million, reflecting the company's deliberate strategy to reduce marketing spend outside of primary enrollment seasons.
