Ellomay Capital Ltd. initiates, develops, constructs, and operates renewable and clean energy projects in Europe, the United States, and Israel. It owns five photovoltaic plants in Spain, operates a dual-fuel power plant in Ashkelon, Israel, and is constructing a hydro power plant at the Manara Cliff in Israel. The company also operates anaerobic digestion plants. Formerly NUR Macroprinters Ltd., it changed its name to Ellomay Capital Ltd. in April 2008. Incorporated in 1987, it is headquartered in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
