Evolus raises 2026 revenue outlook and targets up to $500 million in 2028
Evolus raised the lower end of its 2026 revenue guidance to $330 million while maintaining the upper end at $337 million, and reaffirmed a long-term target of $450 million to $500 million in annual revenue with a 13% to 15% adjusted EBITDA margin in 2028. The company reported second-quarter global net revenue of $84.1 million, beating analysts' estimates, and posted positive adjusted EBITDA of $4.7 million, marking its third consecutive quarter of profitability on that basis. Management highlighted the successful European launch of the Estyme collection and a new licensing agreement with IBSA for exclusive U.S. rights to Profhilo, a product it believes can generate more than $100 million in peak annual revenue, though U.S. approval is not anticipated until around 2030. Evolus also raised its full-year adjusted gross profit margin guidance to between 67.0% and 67.5%, and narrowed its non-GAAP operating expense range to $212 million to $216 million. The company ended the quarter with $45.2 million in cash and access to an additional $100 million in liquidity, and said it does not anticipate needing additional equity financing.
