The company also provides design and development to specification, build to print, design services, design studies, environmental testing, metal fabrication, painting, and automatic testing equipment development services. It produces inductors, paints, wires, and test items; populates printed circuit boards; and fabricates metalwork. It serves industrial manufacturers, defense companies, the U.S. government, foreign governments, and foreign electronic equipment companies through direct sales and outside representatives. Incorporated in 1928, it is based in Saratoga Springs, New York.
