nGRND signs first site programme deal with First Class Metals for 386,465 ounces of gold
nGRND has executed and closed its first Site Programme agreement with UK-listed First Class Metals for the Kerrs Gold Project in Ontario, Canada. Under the minimum 30-year deal, nGRND will manage First Class Metals' rights and purchase its in-ground gold resources, which currently stand at 386,465 ounces of inferred gold, while First Class Metals retains full ownership of its mining claims and operational flexibility for approved exploration. nGRND has secured the right to acquire up to 386,465 ounces, with an initial purchase commitment of up to 77,293 eligible ounces and a minimum purchase threshold of 60% of that initial allocation within one year. At current spot gold prices, the purchase price is pegged at 138 US dollars per ounce, bringing the potential aggregate proceeds for the initial purchase to 10.64 million US dollars. First Class Metals has also issued nGRND 10 million common share purchase warrants at 5.5 pence sterling with a three-year expiry and a further 10 million warrants at 10 pence sterling with a five-year expiry. nGRND will additionally conduct a feasibility study for alternative land-use monetisation opportunities focused on ESG and SDG-measured impact initiatives over a minimum 30-year roadmap.
