Fulcrum Metals reports pre-tax loss of £553,000 for FY25

Fulcrum Metals reported a pre-tax loss of £553,000 for the year ended 31 December 2025, down from £1.15 million in 2024. The company generated no revenue as it continued developing its Canadian tailings and exploration assets, focusing on cyanide-free recovery of precious and critical metals. Basic loss per share narrowed to 0.007 pence from 0.022 pence, and net cash at year-end stood at £281,889. During the year, Fulcrum secured full ownership of the Teck-Hughes Gold Tailings Project in Ontario, signed a four-year exclusive Master Licence Agreement with Extrakt Process Solutions for cyanide-free technology, and raised approximately £1.9 million for drilling and optimisation. The company also completed a 159-auger drill-hole programme at Teck-Hughes, reported average grades of 0.58 grams per tonne gold at the nearby Sylvanite project, and secured a £6 million funding package for pilot plant development.
