Flexible Solutions International reports second quarter 2026 revenue of $7.4 million, down 35% year over year

Flexible Solutions International announced second quarter 2026 revenue of $7.4 million, a roughly 35% decline from $11.4 million in the same period last year. The decrease was largely driven by a non-recurring $2.5 million research and development services revenue recorded in the second quarter of 2025, along with very poor sales from the Florida LLC that the company has since exited. CEO Dan O'Brien noted that some orders scheduled for the second quarter did not ship until the third quarter, further weighing on the top line. Complete financial results will be released after market close on August 14, 2026, with a conference call set for August 17.

FSI trades remaining Florida LLC equity for exclusive agricultural product rights

Flexible Solutions International has traded its remaining 19.9% equity in the Florida LLC for perpetual, exclusive rights to manufacture and sell four agricultural products and their intellectual property in a territory covering all of Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. The acquirer that purchased 30.1% of the LLC in August 2024 for $2 million and five annual payments of $800,000 was unable to fund the annual payments, prompting the transaction. CEO Dan O’Brien stated that the company has been making these products for the region for a decade and expects to recover lost sales and historic revenue, with significant progress anticipated in the second half of 2026.
