The CT segment provides chemistry solutions, including proprietary and specialty chemistries, logistics, and technology services, to integrated oil and gas companies, oilfield services companies, independent oil and gas companies, national and state-owned oil companies, geothermal energy companies, solar energy companies, and advanced alternative energy companies. The DA segment provides analytical measurement and digital solutions, including measure-and-control services for near real-time process control insights in the oil and gas value chain, emerging applications in power and digital valuation, performance optimization, decision-making improvement, emissions and carbon intensity reduction, and short and long-term equipment rental. The company sells directly through in-house sales professionals and contractual agency agreements. Flotek Industries, Inc. was incorporated in 1985 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Flotek raises 2026 guidance on international chemistry strength

Flotek Industries raised its full-year 2026 guidance for the second time in five weeks, citing strong international chemistry sales, and its shares rose 6.7% in pre-market trading.
