FitLife Brands Q2 2026 revenue rises 65% to $26.5 million

FitLife Brands reported second quarter 2026 total revenue of $26.5 million, a 65% increase from the same quarter last year, driven primarily by the acquisition of Irwin. Wholesale revenue was $14.6 million, up 156%, while online revenue was $11.9 million, up 14%. Gross margin declined to 37.0% from 42.8% a year earlier, and net income was $2.0 million compared to $1.7 million in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted EBITDA rose 10% to $3.7 million. The company also highlighted sequential revenue growth of 4.8% from the first quarter and said it has paid down approximately $8.6 million of debt since closing the Irwin acquisition.
